Strange Magic // LIVE Weekly Dance Journeys
Weekly Guided Moving Contemplation Journeys // Inspired by the Gene Keys
I am overflowing with blessings.
This weekend, I realized that I have been guiding Strange Magic dance journeys with this beautiful group of women for an entire year!
On New Year’s Day, I had the pleasure of dancing to release & receive with some uh-mazing women IN PERSON and it totally reinforced how important, healing, joyful, and transformational this practice is…
Dancing and moving our bodies because it feels good without the need to perform or look desirable or be a certain way.
The collective power of women moving through, processing emotion, and transmuting energy with powerful, expressive movement.
The pure fucking magic that comes with being witnessed by ourselves and by others, creating a healing space where we can welcome and embrace ALL of our parts into wholeness.
Ladies, this is magical, collective healing work.
This practice has the power to shift our energy, expand our consciousness, integrate our shadows, and unleash divine feminine energy into the world.
NOW is the time for you to prioritize this practice. It’s time to be the change.

“There are some things we just can't put into words and we just don't know how to share with the world.
This space is a fun and safe place to explore our internal world and express it and move it out of the body.
You might show up feeling like a tangled mess but by the end that mess will appear to be beautiful and you'll understand it better.”
